Be careful and test it yourself. Smart money concepts describe ideas such as market structure, liquidity sweeps, order blocks and fair value gaps. Some traders find it a useful way to read price.
But there is no solid public evidence that it gives an edge on its own, and parts of it are similar to classic support, resistance and price action ideas with new names. The teaching is often sold in expensive courses, and the examples shown are usually chosen after the fact.
If you want to try it, define the rules clearly, back-test on many trades and forward-test on demo.
